Herbal tea has always remained part of many cultures since years. If we compare its consumption ratio then also overtakes coffee and tea till today. Lovers of herbal tea consumes almost on an average 4 to 7 cups daily. If something have good reason to consume it, then adverse too follow it. Green tea shows hypersensitivity to many people. Whereas those who consume it constantly come across with side effects such as swelling of ears, lips, tongue, face, skin irritation, throat closing, and also difficulty in breathing. If you’re sipping it too much then may come across varieties of side-effects such as anxiety, insomnia, nervousness, irritability, diarrhea, and loss of appetite, and many more. Not only that, if comes in touch with other substances in the body making your condition more severe.

More importantly if you’re on medication of blood thinners such as warfarin or Coumadin then don’t sip it may lead to internal bleeding or hemorrhage.

Black tea holds the ingredient caffeine, and should be consumed in a moderate form. This way you will able to avoid kidney, blood sugar and other gastrointestinal problems. Make sure that if you dare to overdose then may end up with varieties of side effects such as insomnia, interrupted sleep, hypertension, seizure, and many more. And some of these symptoms are so severe that you might not be aware how to curb them. Normally, a cup of tea contains near about 200 to 300 milligrams caffeine, and if in case in day you come across 1000 milligrams caffeine consumption then it could be deadly for you. If a person keep consuming in high amounts then immunity of the body may damaged and psychologically may become dependence.

Those people who are victims of psychological disorders shouldn’t consume it as will hyper the existing symptoms like depression, nervousness etc.

Medical studies done by experts also have revealed the fact that other teas prepared from different herbs promote the emergence of varied types of cancer also. If your consumed sip has higher amount of tannin then it’s going to end up with iron deficiency and microcytic anemia. Those people who are suffering from other bodily conditions like pregnancy, heart conditions etc., should consume herbal tea after doctor’s recommendation. If we follow the guidelines of a doctor then at least 2 to 3 cups or lesser per day is sufficient to suffice the bodily need.
